Rooted in Service - from the Inside Out

A new chapter of leadership, grounded in healing and service

Have you ever gone quiet because everything was happening at the same time?

That’s been me.

For the past few years, I’ve been mothering, coaching quietly in the background, and doing the kind of deep, inner work that doesn’t always show up online. It’s been a season of silence, but fertile silence. A time of reshaping, learning, and healing oftentimes in quiet ceremonies.

These years taught me resilience, joy, and the wisdom found in the challenging rhythms of parenting, personal growth, and walking alongside others in change. And now, I’m coming back as who I was, plus as someone more grounded, integrated, and ready to serve.

A New Chapter Begins

I’m stepping forward - online, in community, and into deeper visibility. Behind the scenes, I’ve been redesigning my website and refining how I bring my work into the world. The fire of transformation burned like a bonfire, and it was not easy to stand in it.

This return feels both exciting and vulnerable. Because being seen isn’t just about visibility or marketing. It’s about allowing others to witness who we truly are in our truth, our power, and our ongoing messy becoming.

So here I am.

Ready to share my voice and work more openly. Ready to hold space for conversations that bridge energy and strategy, especially in leadership, healing, and the cultures we co-create - within ourselves, in community or at work.

The Work I Do Now

After years of working quietly, I want to share more about what I do today, and how my journey shapes this work.

My path hasn’t been linear. From corporate banking to coaching leadership and culture, my story has been woven with spiritual practice, deep personal healing, and a whole lot of lived experiences.

As a neurodivergent woman who’s survived trauma, moved continents, and raised five kids mostly on my own, it took peeling back many layers to arrive at a place of wholeness and clarity. That journey shaped how I support others now, so they can build meaningful lives and work with less confusion and more alignment.

Today, I work as a Life, Leadership & Career Energy Coach, partnering with regular folks, entrepreneurs, leaders and small teams to bring more authenticity, resilience, and humanity into their work.

My Work Focuses On:

  • Emotional intelligence & authentic communication

  • Human-centric workplace culture

  • Trauma-informed coaching & nervous system resilience

  • Psychedelic education & integration support

I work with professionals, founders, and small teams who are ready to:

  • Cultivate cultures rooted in trust, safety, and honest expression

  • Heal personal and workplace trauma with support that’s both strategic and soul-centered

  • Navigate conflict with clarity and compassion

  • Build spaces where people can show up as their full selves - and maybe even look forward to Monday mornings

This is about moving beyond survival-mode leadership. It’s about regenerative leadership - where energy, humanity, and strategy align to build something truly sustainable.

A Moment Worth Celebrating

After years of working behind the scenes, I’m celebrating this new chapter - one that’s not just about services or strategy, but about connection, community, and meaningful conversation.

Over the coming weeks, I’ll be sharing insights on:

  • Emotional intelligence as a career and leadership superpower

  • Building community as a cultural foundation

  • Healing workplace conflict and trauma

  • Integrating deep experiences into everyday life

But this isn’t a one-way conversation. I’m not here to perform; I’m here to co-create. Because the future of leadership doesn’t belong to solo heroes. It belongs to whole humans - building resilient, nourishing communities together.
