BY THE FIRE: A Gathering for Men

Enter the quiet strength of the present moment.

Let the part of you that’s steady and true step forward — breath by breath, word by honest word — held by firelight and brotherhood.

No teachings — just a space to tune into what’s real.
No performance — only presence, truth, and the courage to stay.
SACRED group agreements
(Sovereignty, Attunement, Care, Respect, Ethics, Discernment) guide the way.

By the Fire is a grounding men’s circle oriented toward presence, truth, and connection. Through shared meal, honest conversation, and the spirit of the fire, men are invited to reflect, care for, and reconnect to their inner strength and grounded, joyful presence. The space is safe, real, and accessible — meeting men exactly where they are, without pressure, and offering a moment of brotherhood and breath in community.

This is more than a gathering — it’s a remembrance.
Why do we stay in the fire? Because running hasn’t worked. Because safe men make safer women, safer children, safer communities. Because the world doesn’t need more pretending — it needs presence.

What we’ll experience

A guided, consent-based evening devoted to nervous system steadiness, honest dialogue, and practical integration — hosted by Oasis Heart Alchemy in a space designed to feel clear, grounded, and truly human.

Together, we will:

  • Arrive, ground, and share a meal — a plant-based, gluten-free community dinner that settles the body before the work.

  • Set intention — name what you’re releasing and what you’re calling in around the fire.

  • Enter Fire Dialogue — honest conversation and reflective listening; speak if you wish, sit in presence if you prefer.

  • Receive the salt room — a restorative pause to exhale, soften, and integrate.

  • Offer to the fire — a simple ritual to burn what’s complete and light the way forward.

  • Close with tea & grounding — reconnect, integrate, and leave clearer than you arrived.

Rooted in OasisHeart values of transparency, sovereignty, care, and accountability, this circle invites men to practice staying — especially when it gets hot.

Why attend?

  • You want calm, clarity, and connection without the performative edge.

  • You’re craving brotherhood that feels safe, honest, and useful.

  • You’re ready to shift the story you tell yourself about yourself.

  • You value nervous system steadiness and want tools that translate to real life.

  • You’re willing to practice presence — with yourself, with others, with the world you impact.

Space is intentionally intimate to preserve presence and personal care.
