BY THE FIRE: A Gathering for Men

Enter the quiet strength of the present moment.

Let the part of you that’s steady and true step forward - breath by breath, word by honest word - held by firelight and brotherhood.

No preaching - just a space to tune into what’s real.
No performance - only presence, truth, and the courage to stay.
SACRED group agreements
(Sovereignty, Attunement, Care, Respect, Ethics, Discernment) guide the way.

What we’ll experience

A guided, consent-based evening focused on nervous system steadiness, honest dialogue, and practical integration - hosted by Oasis Heart in a space that brings grounding, clarity, and a kind human experience.

Together, we will:

  • Arrive, ground, and share a meal - a plant-based, gluten-free community dinner that settles the body before the work.

  • Set intention - name what you’re navigating, with courage, and allow the Spirit of the Fire to become an ally on the journey.

  • Fire Dialogue - honest conversation and reflective listening; speak if you wish, sit in presence if you prefer.

  • Receive the grounding of the salt room - a restorative pause to exhale, soften, and integrate.

  • Offering to the fire - a simple ritual to burn what’s complete and light the way forward.

  • Close with integration - reconnect, integrate, and leave clearer than you arrived.

Rooted in OasisHeart values of transparency, sovereignty, care, and accountability, this circle invites men to practice staying - especially when it gets hot.

Why attend?

  • You want calm, clarity, and connection without the performative edge.

  • You’re craving a community that feels safe, honest, and useful.

  • You’re ready to shift the story you tell yourself about yourself.

  • You value nervous system steadiness and want tools that translate to real life.

  • You’re willing to practice presence — with yourself, with others, with the world you impact.

Our agreements (SACRED)

  • Sovereignty - you are your own authority; everything is invitational.

  • Attunement - we move at the speed of safety and presence.

  • Consent & Care - we support personal choice and we listen to understand, not to fix.

  • Respect & Reciprocity - for time, space, and each person’s path, and honour to our ancestors.

  • Ethics - confidentiality and consent are non-negotiable.

  • Discernment - take what serves, leave what doesn’t.

What to bring, to support your Soul’s blooming:

  • Water, journal, pen, and layered clothing

  • Tobacco for your prayers (loose tobacco can be purchased at any tobacco store in your neighborhood)

  • A small offering for the fire (paper note, herbs, fresh or dried flowers, seeds to make a community prayer altar with them as we pray in community)

  • Anything needed for your comfort (shawl/blanket)
